Ronstan BattleStick Tiller Extension, 610mm (24 in)

The shortest BattleStick: a fixed 610mm (24 in) tiller extension with a fluted black anodized alloy tube (16mm) and a 25mm EVA foam grip. It weighs 150g.

It comes with Ronstan's urethane universal joint, which flexes in every direction. The joint's base screws to the top of the tiller with two 5mm fasteners. A round tiller also needs Ronstan's round tiller adapter (RF3136), sold separately, which fits tillers 25 to 32mm (1 to 1 1/4 in) across.

At 24 in it suits sailing from the cockpit. If you hike out, look at the 840mm or the telescopic BattleStick.
